Baltimore Housing Commissioner Graziano to Discuss Vacants to Value at Morgan State University

Baltimore Housing Commissioner Paul T. Graziano and Allan Mallach, a fellow at the Center for Community Progress, National Housing Institute, will lecture on the topic of housing and community development policy issues, including vacant and abandoned property issues, at Morgan State University.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s Vacants to Value initiative to clean-up and redevelop vacant and abandoned properties in Baltimore will be featured.

When: Tuesday, February 5, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
