The Baltimore Builds Workshop Series Aims to Continue the Vacants to Value Dialogue
Baltimore Housing will host the "Baltimore Builds Workshop Series" during the next few months. The series, which will feature the most popular workshops presented at the "Baltimore Builds Vacant House & Rehab Expo" in June, will help homebuyers learn about purchasing and rehabbing City-owned properties.

The Baltimore Builds Workshop Series is an extension of Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake's Vacants to Value initiative.The Vacants to Value initiative seeks to drive growth and reinvestment in Baltimore's neighborhoods by streamlining the sale of vacant city property; strengthening code enforcement efforts to promote rehabilitation; and providing new, targeted incentives for homebuyers and developers who invest in vacant homes.
