The single most valuable incentive, $10,000 for the first fifty buyers of Vacants to Value Houses, is still available. An excellent place to start is to enroll in homeownership counseling; a housing counseling certificate is pre-requisite for program participation. Read carefully the disclosure statement; our purpose is to connect you to developers and sellers of eligible houses not to broker or be involved in the home buying process.
