Mayor Rawlings Blake and Baltimore Housing are taking a new approach to address the blight that decades of property abandonment and disinvestment has caused to Baltimore's neighborhoods and its residents.

The Land Resources Division is committed to streamlining the disposition process, creatively marketing city-owned properties available (links to the full text list of properties for sale) for redevelopment and reuse, and assisting those buying properties to return them to productive use.
