PACE
What is it?
PACE (People Accessing Continued Employment) assists Baltimore Housing residents with obtaining and maintaining employment. Services include direct job placement, post-placement support, skills training, job replacement and job retention services (help with keeping your job). PACE designs programs specifically for those who are newly employed and in need of support, as well as those who have been out of the workforce for extended periods of time.
Who is eligible?
Residents of Baltimore Public Housing.
What are the benefits?
PACE helps residents find employment and remain in the workplace. In addition to pre-employment assistance counseling, participants also receive retention services to help keep their jobs and increase earnings.
How much does it cost?
Services are at no cost to eligible residents.
