The Rolling Bid Program

The Office of Real Property Disposition manages the sale of city-owned property and works with developers and other parties interested in acquiring these properties. We invite developers to bid on properties through requests for proposals or public advertisements, as well as on properties available for unsolicited bids.
Here's how it works

Every other month, a current list of all available properties will be posted online. Developers will have three weeks to review the list and submit proposals. Those proposals will be reviewed and awarded and the following month’s list will be updated accordingly.
