Our Vision for Baltimore:

A City of vibrant neighborhoods with housing opportunities for people of all income levels in a wide variety of communities. To achieve this vision we work with neighborhood organizations, advocacy groups, real estate developers, lenders and City, State, and Federal government entities.

Our role:

Facilitate Baltimore's revitalization by way of thoughtful Master Planning As well as smaller scale redevelopment efforts

Help housing real estate developers in identifying sources of funds and preparing successful applications to City, State and Federal authorities

Coordinate with various City agencies and departments to enable the real estate developer to meet Project budgets and schedules

Provide construction oversight to reduce rework, cost and delay

Assist real estate developers in complying with various City, State and Federal regulations governing the use of funds
