Project Finance
Baltimore Housing, a collaboration between the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC), is pleased to announce the Summer 2012 NOFA funding round for housing and community development projects.
Mission
The Office of Project Finance provides not only funding for the production of rental and for-sale housing opportunities, but also the creation of decent, safe and affordable housing for the citizens of Baltimore City. Using a variety of Local, State, & Federal funding sources, we work to ensure that each and every developer receiving capital funding is compliant with all regulations so that each development remains affordable for the stipulated period. Capacity building is offered to those organizations affected by our work. In performing these tasks, it is our goal to provide efficient and excellent customer service.
