Register Online: (I just made this up, will confirm) Design Needs: -branded logo for the event that we can use on our website -design for a t-shirt -a large window poster -a postcard option Design Ideas: -I feel like some sort of aerial trail map would help folks conceptualize where they will be hiking, but we don't have the exact trails nailed down yet, it depends on start location. -want to play up the fact that this is urban hiking right in the middle of richmond, highlight the natural resources (potentially have logos of all of our trail partners?) -the ability to list sponsors on the poster and the t-shirt (in the process of securing sponsorships now) Timeline: We would love posters to go up and the web registration to go live with branding on August 15th, if possible. Please let me know if you think this is unrealistic. We would have a little bit more time for the t-shirts, but will set that deadline as well this week once I talk with my colleague who usually places those order.
