The Housing Authority of Baltimore City's (HABC's) FY 2008 Annual Report is now available for review and download. The Annual Report chronicles HABC's third year in the Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration Program, summarizes actual activities and includes required information on programs, budgets and initiatives implemented by HABC during Fiscal Year 2008, which ended June 30, 2008.
