Reservoir Hill Revitalization Initiative
Redevelopment of Key Lakefront Parcels and other Vacant Sites

As the Reservoir Hill market grows into the diverse strong community long-envisioned by residents, the City will offer new construction opportunities on key parcels through Requests for Proposals. These premier sites will attract high-quality new construction of housing and potentially mixed-use developments.

Druid Lake Park Drive
Could be one of Baltimore's premier addresses, with views of the reservoir and Druid Hill Park.
700 and 800 blocks are City-owned vacant land.
The Chateau and Rialto high rises to the West of the neighborhood have been rehabilitated.

Whitelock Street
Coupled with success in the other rehabilitation projects, this corridor presents a ripe opportunity for new construction of housing, mixed-use or community facilities.
Once the retail core of the neighborhood, there are vacant parcels controlled by the City.
