Contracts anticipated to be let during the next 6 months are listed below. These contracts will be let through our Job Order Contracting (JOC), or conventionally bid procurement processes. Job Orders and Task Orders are issued directly to the Prime JOC through the Division of Engineering and Capital Improvements. NO advertising involved. HABC JOC contractors have been previously selected through a competitive bid process to perform work.
Our contracts are typically advertised in the Afro American, Baltimore Sun and the Daily Record. We may also advertise in the Engineering News Record and out-of-town papers such as the Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, etc., based on size and type of contract work.
