Welcome to the HABC Procurement Department site. The purpose of
this section is to Provide interested parties with a general introduction
on how to do business with the HABC, and to provide information
on upcoming Procurement initiatives, such as Requests for Proposals
(RFP's), and Invitations to Bid (IFB's).
The Procurement Department's primary responsibility is
to procure goods and services for the HABC. HABC purchases
a wide variety of goods and services such as office supplies,
stoves and refrigerators, various construction items, etc. HABC
also procures a myriad of professional services, including pest
control, legal, architectural and engineering services.
All Procurement
activities comply with HUD (Housing and Urban Development)
guidelines

located at 417 E. Fayette Street, 4th fl, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202. Our
regular business hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday, except for legal holiday
