Housing Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division's mandate is to ensure safe and quality housing throughout the City. It is our responsibility to: manage and enforce the permitting process, investigate complaints, conduct legally required inspections, efficiently prosecute code violations, and take proactive steps to educate citizens and communities of their rights and responsibilities.
