Community Action Partnership

The Community Action Partnership strives to prevent and eliminate poverty while promoting self determination, self-sufficiency and housing opportunities for low-income families.

The following programs and services are available to low-income families in Baltimore City:

- Education
- Emergency Services
- Employment
- Energy/utility bills
- Health Care
- Housing
- Income Management
- Social Services
- Special programs for youth and senior citizens
- Tax Preparation

To apply, visit one of our six Community Action Centers.

A Community Action worker will meet with you and idenify what programs and services may help you. Our staff works closely with other Baltimore Housing divisions as well as other city and state agencies to administer a wide range of services and can make referrals easy.
