Primarily responsible for the implementation of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City's Capital Plan, sections include Design, Construction and Inspection Services, and Energy Conservation and Environmental Programs.

Office of Construction Services, HABCo
HABCo is HABC's construction management unit and "in house" general contractor. More >

Office of Facilities Management
Responsible for HABC and HCD office space design and construction and includes Facilities Management and Archive/Records Management offices.
