Nettie Harvey Memorial Fund

When an emergency or natural disaster strikes, Baltimore's low-income families are often the most vulnerable. For years, Baltimore Housing's Office of Community Services has provided food, clothing and emergency relocation services during local emergencies and assisted countless families facing eviction, utility disconnection or temporary homelessness. However, the number of people we can assist is limited to the amount of available resources. We need your help.

The Nettie Harvey Memorial Fund was created in 2005 to honor the memory of one of Baltimore's most courageous and tireless advocates for the poor. Managed by the Baltimore City Foundation, tax-deductible donations to the fund support and expand a host of City emergency initiatives, education programs, and community services for low-income families.
