Baltimore City Head Start
The Baltimore City Head Start Program is a federally funded preschool and family development program, providing quality, comprehensive early intervention services to low-income children and families since 1965.
Baltimore City has 17 Head Start programs operated by 14 delegate agencies. The Head Start Program for 3-5 year olds serves over 3400 children. Early Head Start, which serves pregnant women and kids up to 3 years old, serves over 200 throughout the City. Learn more.
