The Community Action Partnership strives to prevent and eliminate poverty while promoting self determination, self-sufficiency and housing opportunities for low-income families.

To apply, visit one of our six Community Action Centers.A Community Action worker will meet with you and idenify what programs and services may help you. Our staff works closely with other Baltimore Housing divisions as well as other city and state agencies to administer a wide range of services and can make referrals easy.
